Initial deck building restrictions; ECL and Tarkintown banned. All Legendaries restricted to 1 copy each per deck. After each round the community will vote on a card to ban from the winning decks. That card will not be playable in ANY deck for the next round.
Each stream will be a match or two from the bracket where Nathan and Justin will build a deck for the Leaders involved. Any base color can be used and the leader is not locked into a color combo going into future rounds or the losers bracket.
