Some boring under the hood work got done, but there was at least one visual thing I added.

A target must be scanned for three seconds before being able to capture components from it, the first scan.

So now there's a nonsense tech UI to go with that.

Be careful when making builds, this will run fine on PC and high end consoles, but since you cannot compress VAT textures if this is going on VR or mobile devices you may hit a wall on texture memory.
