Mettaton EX is bending over applying pink lipstick, saying “So, Tenna darling, how do we feel about this shade?” Tenna is reclined in the background, looking very flustered. His clothes are disheveled and partially undone while his face is covered in kiss marks, the shame shade of pink as Mettaton’s lipstick.

Mettaton is in his ghostly, non robotic form. He is in several poses; wrapped up in a blanket watching a performance on TV (implied to be Tenna in his overworld form), asleep on to the TV with a dream bubble imagining himself on stage, and looking up as he takes a hand, it’s owner not in sight.
