Saurkraut simply boosts your ability to digest food. It's kind of a joke, but I was eating a lot of bread back then (and still am...), so I thought it would help.

Normally, while shaping the bread, I push out the big bubbles. This time I just left them alone (keep experimenting!). I thought this would lead to large holes inside the bread, but it didn't. The shape is fantastic, and the crumb is good. :)

Haha, I'm confident they'll accept! (Once they add more zeroes to the end...)

Haha, ain't that the truth. On FB, I feel like I've been shadow banned because I used a random word unknowingly. The same post here (on my baking profile) gets dozens of interactions. On FB... a few, despite more followers.

Currently listening to "10x is easier than 2x." This has drastically affected my goals for 2025. I'm currently building software to support my plans. Lots to do. Should be fun. :)

I've seen the first half of the season. I think the second half drops today. So far, I've quite enjoyed them. My only disappointment is that they are short. Totally worth watching. :)

Ah, good idea. Nothing (other than weight) is pushing down on the drawer, so it's probably fine. As for the weight, it's about 5-10 pounds. But I'll check, just in case. :)

I managed to fit every pack of index cards in the drawer. I thought I failed, with one pack remaining, but check that out!

After moving here (five years ago), I bought a shovel and happily went out and shoveled my driveway. Ten minutes later, a crew came by and cleared everyone's driveways... lol
