So far my only definite plan is I'll be landing at Haneda Airport and likely finding a hotel between there and Tokyo for a couple nights... I'd like to do a day trip through Tokyo! seeing some neat city spots would be nice but there are lots of areas of interest and that's what I'm hung up on.
I am doing a trip to Japan for a few days in December as part of a bigger trip but I have no actual plans or the slightest idea what to go see yet, the options are overwhelming.
Can't argue with results like that 😭
I'd much rather have places have weird hours than them to go out of business or employees getting shafted though!
Local breakfast burrito and bagel place is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and they close at 1PM on wed-fri despite being super busy right until closing. Maybe a livable minimum wage makes it unviable to stay open if you can't guarantee strong business during the entire time you're open though.

that looks painful 😭 timing my toyota 3.4L after taking it apart took all of.. maybe 10 minutes??
For all 2 people that are interested, it's a 2000 4Runner Limited 4WD that I bought and towed from Oregon listed as having a blown head gasket (though really it was a cracked head). Ended up being several weekends of work with some big scares along the way but in the end all seems well!
Just got back last night from my first longer road trip in this car since I replaced the cylinder heads! Even managed to do a little offroading near the end up to a summit, was unfortunately hazy but still a fun time and no issues yet!
