There is an arrow pointing to the options given for media types. “Suggestive” is for non-nudes that wouldn’t be appropriate for underage people to view. “Non-sexual nudity” is for things like hanging out naked, the photo of a general scene that you happen to be naked in, not focused on your genitals, not touching your genitals in any way, not giving any hint to sexuality. “Adult” is for everything else. This selection area is highlighted with a square border.
