I would point out that attacking civilian water supply is a war crime, but we've spent the past 20 years pretending that poisoning wells and cutting off water to civilian populations is not a war crime, so I don't believe that we will start paying attention to that now. 🤷🏿♂️

The only way it makes sense to fund ICE, is if:
1) You have not heard or read the words directly from the people that command ICE, that they intend to use the force for ethnic cleansing and extra-judicial violence.
2) You have heard and read their words, but you don't believe that they mean it.
Oh. So they do understand why Black people want police to lose qualified immunity.
