Fish concentration camps are as bad as chicken concentration camps.

Horrendous conditions where animals are forced to live in their own shit.

No wonder extremely infectious diseases spread so easily when humans practice concentration camp farming.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ About 200,000 Ukrainian refugees in the US are currently in a vulnerable position, where they could be expelled from the country at any moment.

There is information about at least several dozen Ukrainian refugees detained by the ICE and the death of one Ukrainian citizen in ICE prison in Miami.

Torpedoed by the US. It's a war crime as it's outside combat area. But then it was a war crime when they killed people on boats in the Caribbean.

Extraordinary crowds as a mass funeral procession begins in Minab, Iran for the 165 school girls & teachers killed in the US/Israeli school strike on Saturday.

Many outcomes of this war are uncertain. But a renewed generation of hatred towards the West is now baked in.

My journey to Summertown this morning. 27 minutes avoiding tolls, 10 minutes with tolls. Not much of a contest.

I did write to them on Friday asking for their precise definition of 'family voting'. No reply.

Keir Starmer criticised over stance on US-Israel strikes on Iran UK prime minister has adopted a much more ambivalent approach than other western allies

Lord Peter Ricketts, former head of the Foreign Office:

OK, the Gorton and Denton by-election, I have some thoughts!

Let's take a look at some of the FACTS and burst a few of the more ridiculous takes doing the rounds

But first up, can we acknowledge just what bad losers Reform are?!🀣

Right, let's get started...

Did EV publish a breakdown of which polling stations they visited? Did they, by any chance, concentrate on wards with high Muslim populations?

They seem to have gone very quiet.

I very much enjoyed you reading the first chapter. Are you planning to put the whole book out as an audiobook some time?

Very clear that for Starmer, 'sectarian voting' is when British Muslims don't vote Labour, and for many others, it is just when British Muslims vote.

3) Don't play dirty. The bizarre claims about the Greens in relation to drugs and sex workers were desperate, embarrassing, and harmful. It is no wonder they did not work and instead reflected badly on our party.

A victory for decency, reason, empathy, equality, and justice is a victory for these things everywhere.

As with Mamdani in New York, the Gorton and Denton result provides inspiration, and shows we *can* build a better world, wherever we are.

Great news from the UK πŸ‘

This is an amazing write up of the by-election.

Because it doesn't mention *at all* how Reform did not live up to (some) expectations.

It's purely angled against Labour. Not highlighting the Green win. Not highlighting the Reform loss.

Not, in other words, fair.

Yes, Chris Mason has disgraced himself again. Also, what is all this tripe about 'family voting'? Would we have heard the same if Reform had won?

An interesting test case coming up when Brookes vacate their Marston Road site. It would be a fantastic location for medium density housing. But will it be snaffled up for more labs, labs, labs?

Actual GP policy - 'The Green Party recognises that NATO has an important role in ensuring the ability of its member states to respond to threats to their security. We would work within NATO to achieve: A greater focus on global peacebuilding. A commitment to a β€˜No First Use’ of nuclear weapons.'
