Been busy this afternoon and have moved all of my #homelab into a rack that my brother bought me! I forgot to take before pictures, but it was basically everything in one pile except the two 3750s and now it’s much neater!
On to working on my CCNA!

Good point. Think I'd need to grab a bigger M.2. Pretty sure my current boot drive is only 512GB so probably want a bit more for Windows to do its nonsense.
Part of the reason why I was thinking VM over dual boot was so i didn't have to reboot if we swapped games. The hardship! XD

I’d love to be able to make the jump to Linux full time. Currently use it for my servers and an old laptop but bunch of the games I play have anti-cheat funk.
Considered trying a Windows VM inside a Linux install for those games but feel like it needs a longer test before I commit to it fully.

Yesterday I was bringing a trolly back across my works site the the crate of cables on top which also contained my work laptop decided to kamikaze off the trolley onto the pavement. Moment of slight panic. Then hastily stuff it all back on the trolly and continue back to the office

My boss said to me when I started that if you mess something up or make a mistake just say it because then we can fix it quickly. No blame game, just getting it back working again

Not sure who needs to hear this but when you unplug one of the nodes in your proxmox cluster to move it and when you plug it all back up, it isn’t responding to pings.

Make sure you have remembered to push the power button.

I’m fairly inconsistent at posting on any social media so not sure how wise it is to add another one to the mix. Oh well another app to sit and not get opened! 🙃
