The end of the Formula 1 season really hits like no other for me.
Every weekend spent watching the most amazing drivers and cars drive all over the world.
What a season it was!
I took a DEXA scan a couple weeks ago, I find that it's often a "reality check" on all things body composition. Weight, muscle etc.
Results were uninspiring, so I'm back on the cutting grind.
Posting to hold myself accountable.
FMCL.
Even if Bluesky were to grow into even 50% of X it'd take a very long time.
We're talking brands, NA, EU, and Asia, all of which are already established on X.
I believe in Bluesky's technology and approach more but that doesn't guarantee users will move here. They need an incentive first.
To an extent, for sure metrics are inflated.
But if I wanted to grow my social media presence (following, engagement) it'd be foolish to not prioritize X. That's where things are "happening".
For right now though, Bluesky is just a way better hang.
I now know people who all prioritize different social media apps between X, Threads, and BlueSky.
Will be interesting from here to see if fragmentation continues and what guides people where.
β’ Bluesky more genuine, less engagement baiting
β’ Threads has Instagram connection
β’ X has highest metrics
It's Fragi's birthday today.
Man do I miss these Philadelphia Fusion teams.
Reinhardt Mythic announced for Season 14 of Overwatch.

Personally, I love the Overwatch match duration compared to really long Dota 2 games, also CS moved back to first-to-13 from first-to-16 after Valorant release.
Guess we'll have to see if that trend continues and the best balance for player retention.
I have no insight on statistics, but it seems reasonable to me that mobile gaming will be the most popular due to ease of access, but lower competitive/casual ratio.
PC has a higher cost of access, but higher competitive/casual ratio.
Switch / Console inbetween.
Esports a subset of comp users
A more direct example considering the Lindy effect:
Counter-Strike has been around for almost 25 years.
Will Counter-Strike still be a premiere title in 2050?

Apply to LoL, Dota, OW, etc. and how long they've been out
Where do you think Gaming will be in 30 years?
Focusing on multiplayer, will innovation stagnate from here or will we play completely different games then?
I'm not sold on some big difference in how we play, remains to be seen if new genres shake things up?
LOS ANGELES! We are so back!
"wait is American Jonathan just indoctrinated in Americanism?"
WELCOME TO MY REALM
Mentally preparing for flying to Sweden tomorrow.
Returning home, I feel like I have two separate personalities
Swedish Jonathan is ready to eat kebabrulle, drink Jolt Cola and be a menace on the desk shouting Swedish slang in a Gothenburg accent
