I think my experience is somewhat similar, I don't think I have a very well-defined internal concept of gender but just that the way I'm being perceived doesn't work for me, and a desire to medically and socially transition.
Also as you said, me being not white might have some effects here.
A wifi-enabled dishwasher is smart, a water-and-power-enabled dishwasher is wise.
Just as a tip: this super varies on the specific place, so if you can handle spicy elsewhere, I would still recommend not giving up and getting regular.
If you can only handle "white people spice" though, please just get mild or regular at best.

for as bad and expensive as US healthcare is, this was basically my experience. i showed up and they gave a list of effects, and I walked out with a prescription. can’t imagine having to deal with psychs for this.
