Dracula adaptation, set primarily in London, Ohio. Dracula lives in a castle that’s alway described as “just across the boarder” or “a hour east of Youngstown,” or maybe even just “it’s in Pittsburgh.,” but the pun is never spoken.

Colour illustration in purples, pinky oranges and some hints of blue, in horizontal A4 format. It depicts a cave interior in which appears Adar crouching down at the left of the image, a bonfire before him, extending his hands to recreate shadow-shapes in the wall of a cave before a crowd of young Uruks (from babies to teens), who are sitting before him. They seem to be very invested in the story Adar is telling, supporting it with the shadows he is projecting on the wall. Behind the crowd there is an old Uruk who wears an animal skull over her head painting the wall of the cave with red figures depicting Uruks wielding weapons and accompanied by the blue figures of wargs, under a crescent moon at the top of the painted scene. The source of light is the bonfire (in bright white) which is releasing star-shaped sparks to the ceiling, one of them placed right where the shadow of the warg-hed projected on the wall would have its eye.

After 'destroying' Sauron in Forodwaith, the Uruks travelled to the South. Many dangers left their numbers diminished, so they took shelter in a cave system inside the Misty Mountains... where they stayed for centuries.

There, Adar made sure to pass the old Uruk stories to the new generations✨🐺🔥
