Evo news genuinely made me laugh. Sucks to see it go down this way, but let it serve as a reminder that the FGC has and always will be about people coming together to play fighting games. You don't need a giant legacy tournament to do that.

It's definitely oversaturation, and feels like they're flashing all the cash from this acquisition to say "look at all the cool shit we can do now!" but no one was asking for any of it. I haven't really trusted the Evo team for a minute, but certainly not post-acquisition.

I went in blind when it first came out! I don't know that I ever mentally prepare myself for movies. It's best to go in as you are and try to meet the film where it's at, imo. It's a movie that tries to make the audience understand what dysphoria is like. It's uncomfortable and intense.

I think it's my favourite movie. It's absolutely heart-wrenching, a clarion call screaming at you to come out and be yourself, because staying in the closet will drown you slowly and painfully. Beautifully shot, amazing soundtrack, and the fake 90s tv show inside it is perfect.

The wrestling show? I thought it was ok! I can't say I remember it super well, but I recall liking it.
