I really really really hate the fact that Instagram has a hidden feature that when you see your first ad of the session on Reels it makes it so you have to swipe twice to go past it. They pass it off as a "oh you didn't swipe correct, it's your fault" but it happens EVERY TIME
I keep actually thinking to myself "when will more businesses get on Bsky so I can stay up to date on (gaming) news" but.. maybe thats not such a bad thing.. I can just hold out for random articles that pop up on my phone.. I don't need instant news 247

One thing I did last year that helped me, idk if you have an android or iphone but you can get an app called Minimalist that replaces your phone UI with just a list of apps, and everytime you want to go to an app you have to physically search it, making everything you do on your phone intentional
