I've been messing around with Remix 3 for a few hours, and I finally got this to work π
Man, I can't wait for there to be proper documentation on this framework.
Today I created a Rails app, and I haven't done that since 2012. Let me tell you, a lot has changed in 13 years!
Just working on the final touches for this video. Stay tuned to find out when it gets released. It should be this weekendπ€
I've neglected Bluesky for a while, but I'm going to make more of an effort to post here in the month of November, to see if it affects my growth.
So if you're into developer/tech-related videos, then go ahead and give me a follow. π

I've just got NeonDB working with @zero.rocicorp.dev for a React app and I've gotta say, what a wild ride. I'll have a video coming out about it soon...
This is amazing!! I'd love to know more about the tech/infrastructure that holds this all together. Databases, event streaming, caching, etc...
I wish someone told me before how cool the bash scripting language was.
I learnt a lot while making this video. Time to turn all my tiny TypeScript scripts to bash

When I was a front-end dev, a company I worked for expected all developers to know Apache Kafka.
At the time, I thought it was a bit odd. But now I've gone through the effort of making a video about Kafka, I still think it was a bit odd. π€·

As good as AI is, I spend ages with it trying to debug an issue only to find the solution in @StackOverflow in 2 seconds.

Not convinced it's going to take our jobs just yet π
If you asked me about load balancers in the past, I'd say use @caddy.bsky.social. But after writing this @dropboxofficial.bsky.social article, I know much, much more about them
I mean, the team built their own load balancer from scratch!

Such a great video. I'm pretty new to the infra world so I understood about half of it, but I've made notes on what to learn more about πͺ
Real talk has anyone seen any benefit to being verified on @linkedin.com
I just came from X and I think there's more engagement on there for this post than here π

Just finished writing the draft for an article about @dropboxofficial.bsky.social Robinhood for Hacking Scale and let me tell you, there is a lot of complicated tech out there.
Nice, it looks really slick. Can't believe I'd never heard of it.
Am I the only one who actually likes those categories π’
Ooooh that looks cool. I'm guessing it's not a GameBoy?
Thanks for sharing. I just subscribed πͺ
Are they any @dropboxofficial.bsky.social engineers on here that I can ask a Robinhood question to?
The question being why is it called Robinhood π
Well would you look at that, over 4K subs πππ
Thanks to all those who have subscribed and shared it with friends or colleagues.
I have so many more awesome articles in the pipeline and it's exciting to know more people will read them
