I agree, that's a great IPA and it packs a punch, at least for my old bones

Lol also me at Bulk Barn!
I just wrote an @theactionnetwork.bsky.social letter: Show your support for Pandora East Bike Lanes! actionnetwork.org/letters/show...
I wasn't aware of her other books. I read the King Arthur series when I was a teenager, then again as a young adult. I just cherished them for what they were; a standalone set I really enjoyed without thinking there would be other gems out there (the folly of youth!). But now I know, so thank you!
^^This for sure. The Mary Stewart books are the best, imo
Is that a Fluffy Cloud? No, it can't be, it's a blue sky ๐
Still a bold move ๐

A golden sunset on Vancouver Island with a lonely tree in the foreground and the sunset's warm light reflecting on the Salish Sea.
Nice. I took a photo of a sunset here in BC a couple of months ago and I'm amazed at the symmetry between the two! #sunset #victoriaBC
I saw them earlier this evening. Sunlit from below, against an indigo sky. Very nice
Agreed. I was raised Catholic and only ever had a smidgen of a mark on Ash Wednesdays. This is just bad actor, dog whistle performance on display
Le sigh $$$
A mini Gimli but where's the axe
Oh yeah, I mean they're beautiful to look at but man can they make a racket!
A peacock with a long colorful tail perches on a sequoia tree branch in Beacon Hill park. Another male peacock to the left and on the ground is looking up at the tree. In the foreground and to the left, a peahen appears on the scene and is looking up at the peacock on the branch.
They must get paid to pose...

Nice! The top half looks like a painting
Like alien megaflora on a rocky landscape...
Holy crap, good job! We're in the middle of a washroom renovation right now and saving a ton of dosh by doing it ourselves!
Almost looks like they're catching clouds
I took part in nationwide CND protests in the UK back in the '80s. In retrospect, those protests were so tame compared to what we're seeing now in the US, and in MN in particular. Unbelievable
"ICE will leave Minnesota if you hand over your voter rolls" tells you everything you need to know.
This was never about immigration or fraud. It was always about rigging elections.
at least tomorrow is friday
Been thinking a bit about an old British sitcom I used to watch as a kid, Dad's Army, about a Home Guard platoon that would be on the frontline in the event of a German invasion across the English Channel. Such a funny show, though I guess I'm remembering it coz of the current doom & gloom #dadsArmy
Zebedee, a 5-month-old Maine coon mix cat sits on a rug in my friend's living room and stares at me as I sit on the couch and point my finger at him. at this point in our relationship he seems unsure of me, but over time he became a little buddy whenever I was cat sitting for my friend
In 2024 a friend who lived nearby asked me to look after her 5-month-old Zebedee whenever she went away and we have been bonding. But my friend just moved to SE Asia and Zeb now lives with her dad in another city so I don't know if I'll see the lil kitty again. He was cute #catsOfBluesky #caturday
It was unreal!
A darkened landscape provides the perfect canvas for a thin red sky in the background as the sun sets on Vancouver Island, BC.
Tonight's sunset walking along Dallas Road #yyj #victoriaBC
I see what you did there ๐๐ป
Sounds appropriate unfortunately ๐
Such a good book, I gave it a reread a couple of years after the 1st read

Wow, @cheknews.ca. In this story about a cyclist being โhitโ there is ZERO mention of any vehicle. All we apparently know is a cyclist was โhitโ in an โincidentโ
Hit by what? Could be anything! Do better @cheknews.ca #yyjbike #yyj
