Dúas cousas curiosas sobre o pan nesta cidade (Firenze): non leva sal, din que por motivos históricos (o seu alto prezo na idade media e un suposto bloqueo da República de Pisa, potencia marítima e enemiga naquela época e as panaderías, en xeral, non abren os domingos.
