I did Paleo a number of years ago when I used to CrossFit (the 2 kind of went hand in hand). And then when I was focused on weight training followed it also... But I think I got burned out with meat and veg haha

Sunrise
No run this morning, but I did take a picture of the sunrise on my walk.
It's not necessarily the running itself, as I was able to purposely push faster this morning. I just think not running every day will help with recovery and long term "enjoyment" of the running when I do it.
Creatine weight gain is only temporary though, mainly water weight. The positives are worth it. Especially cognitively
Tracking is how I'm gonna do it. Running at least 3 times a week and making sure I get 10k steps in a day. Looked into carnivore...too expensive
