The high-level pitch would be "Go to this website to view a list of 'Good'-er companies", and the incentive for the companies themselves to be better is the listing itself, which in turn is free advertising.
For something like Bsky vs X it'd be really easy to assign "Good"-ness values at least.
If the problem is that companies aren't incentivized to "be less bad", something like getting "a For-Good certification" (from a trustworthy place, like good.store for instance) that has stipulations such as, not advertising in certain contexts, or actively fighting disinformation could help.
I did it! I finished programming the Pokedex for the Arduboy FX! It contains all sorts of details for each of the original 151 Pokemon, including stats, evolutions, abilities, and even footprints. Another cool feature is that you can mark each Pokemon as caught or favorited. 🫡
Pokemon Silver! I messed up the clock system and it was night time in-game, but seeing the colorful sprites and new species like Hoothoot was a mindblower. Even the protagonist with his hat on backwards was a very "the 2000s are COOL" feel.

At least in the case of Elon, it seems like there's not enough risk in loaning money out to him. He kind of has an infinite money glitch going right now. There must be some hypothetical legislative solution that could fix or cap those kinds of bets.
I don't have a specific solution, but that seems like something worth trying to fix with new laws.
Maybe refunding could make sense even? It'd be like saying "we sized up your future value, but it was wrong, so nevermind". Or require the banks to address a portion of taxes on those kinds of loans?
The most egregious thing that comes to mind is Elon and TSLA: when he takes out new loans against the value of his stock, to then use on new ventures that seem to ultimately end up driving the hype around TSLA further. That's an asymmetry between how the banks and government value his future worth.
The iMac G3 from 2001 is my favourite-looking computer of all time, but it's completely unusable these days because of its age.
So I tore out its insides (leaving the CRT screen intact of course) and replaced them with a brand new Mac Mini M4.
