But I hope this departure is restorative for you. That you find what you are looking for abroad. And that the country we go back to is, eventually, a better country (oof idk I don't even fully know what that would mean) than when we left.
I think everyone's reasons for leaving are different and valid. I myself left in 2017 due to my new partner's legal status. However I do hope there remain many who are willing to fight. There are so many who don't have our privileges to get up and leave. I often I think responsibilities I left...
