Just tried to register a new #TYPO3 extension key for a "fresh idea" — only to find out past me already had the same idea. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just stumbled upon PHP's strpbrk(). Sounds like a dying printer, works like a charm though.
Claude Code: org-managed settings.json ... I wonder what chaos I'll cause with this 🙏
Perplexity labels Kimi K2.5 as "Hosted in the USA" — a trust signal aimed at US users worried about Chinese data handling. As an EU citizen, US hosting isn't exactly comforting either. Different concerns, same problem.
One of these speedtests is not like the others 👀

Claude Code just dumped a bunch of MCP connectors into my setup that I didn't ask for. Some are duplicates. Best part? Can't even disable them permanently. This shouldn't ship in stable.
After tinkering with Mistral models for a bit, I’ve gotta say: Mistral Small is way better and more pleasant to use than Mistral Large. No clue what went wrong there.
Anthropic really delivered this month. Been asking for Claude Code on Team plans (not Premium seats) for almost a year.
January: Claude Code hits Team tier
Two weeks later: Price drop
Already rolled it out to the team and got a refund. Wild timing.
Mistral's model lineup is confusing af. If you want to use them for EU-support reasons, here's the TL;DR: Just use Mistral Large. Ignore everything else unless you have very specific edge cases.
Claude Code is now included in Team plans. Only announced on LinkedIn. Not on their news page. Not picked up by any tech news I follow. Great product communication, Anthropic 👀

OpenRouter throughput for Claude dropped from ~60 tok/s during the holidays to ~35 tok/s now. The "everyone's back at work" tax.
Helium browser. Named after the element that's lighter and more stable than Chromium. Just got the joke.
When did iOS text selection get so broken? The spacebar trackpad used to let me select text precisely. Now it randomly selects everything to the start, and if I try to adjust? Selection just vanishes. What happened?
Typeless keyboard is genuinely impressive. Confident enough now to write longer mobile texts and complex LLM prompts entirely by voice. Voice input has come so far.
TIL Claude Code handles cross-project feature porting really well. Just reference the source folder and it'll ask for read permission. Game changer when you're juggling multiple smaller codebases.
Claude Code now has plugin discovery – cool! But I expected plugins to be more than just wrapped MCPs. Something like preconfigured agents, sensible defaults, actual workflows.
Here is an example of a good plugin:
I want to like Safari. I really do. But "click link, nothing happens, no error" is not a feature.
iOS 26.1 update on a family member's phone: 4h install time, lost wallpaper, phantom "blocked" contacts that can't be unblocked. Thought waiting for the .1 release was the safe choice. Apparently not.
Finding GDPR-compliant LLM hosting with current models is harder than it should be. Anyone tried Nebius Token Factory?
Anthropic rounds prices on their page now. Result: Haiku 3.5 input tokens are apparently free 🎉
Tried Apple's Stage Manager today. Sometimes you can drag apps into a stage, sometimes you can't. In my head it's "Spaces but more obvious." In reality it's "Spaces but things randomly don't work."
Also tried Comet Browser - it's Chrome with Perplexity built in, plus adblock, split tabs, and Google-free sync. UI feels cluttered and not very customizable though. And handing my entire browser to Perplexity feels odd, although I previously gave Google everything...
Gave Zen Browser a shot after Safari kept breaking on me. The vertical tabs are growing on me, even though I'm a multi-window person (which is still buggy). Didn't expect SMS 2FA autofill to work outside Safari though.
Claude API now has programmatic tool calling. When this hits MCP, things will get interesting.

Anyone else getting "too good to be true" vibes from modern tools?
n8n's community edition, Perplexity's free Pro years, Affinity going free... I love it, but I'm also preparing for the rug pull.
n8n’s approach is gutsy — open sourcing their tool but trusting users’ll stick to their hosted version. I like that. Bitwarden does something quite similar, too.
Tried sticking with Safari for a while because I really want to like it… but man, it’s such a relief to be back on a Chromium browser. Every macOS release breaks it in new ways — right now new tabs have a 10% chance of just... not opening.
Setting up personal newsletters with Perplexity is pretty awesome. Not sure if news sites will love it though.
Sticker Mule really thinks I’d pay 5€ for just one sticker? Tempted, but not that reckless today 😂
Getting déjà vu with Gemini 3.0. 2.5 Pro dominated benchmarks too, but struggled with edge cases in practice. Now 3.0 tops the charts again… let’s see if it actually handles real-world scenarios better this time.
