All of @ianhamilton.netβs suggestions here are good ones. And the AI creep at the expense of humans is literally like being force fed your shit

that makes sense. yeah i donβt have procreate so iβm not sure if that changed.
all good! lmk if you have any more questions! i think waiting a month for the public beta instead of the current developer beta is a good middle ground.
uhhh whatβs the question? ipadOS 26 lets you keep file folders in your dock which is pretty cool
there would not be a public release you can upgrade to until august, therefore itβs in your best interest to keep getting the newer more stable beta. unless you unless you decide to reset and restore your backup.
i donβt think data corruption is a concern at all. battery and temperature will be worse. worst case scenario you can downgrade to public if you do a full backup before updating but itβs a pain. iβve never had to do that. usually just sticking it out until it gets more stable is fine for me.
oh dang hello non bird app. hi tahnee! itβs still a developer beta 1 so you should expect some resprings but other than that the new multitasking is the most fun itβs ever been. i only recommend it if youβre used to fun but slightly unstable dev betas. i havenβt ran into anything critically bad.
new VAIL update dropped! hereβs what i worked on π

how would that make you more productive
Time to wait patiently.
it appears that i have made a severe mistake playing through all of metro awakening in the quest 3 instead of the beyond. i am now going to replay the entire game in the beyond
and when these are my two daily drivers will i finally be cool and techwear
reading a paper for my mobile and ubiquitous computing class and stumbled upon one of the best fov diagrams i've seen, from 2019 too
It is difficult to overstate how very close they are to having made the perfect headset for me. This is awesome
it's hard to express how excited vr hardware gets me when any given new headset can literally expand the horizons of what is possible to do in my favorite reality
lord have mercy. if anyone wants a 63 IPD (works for my eyes at 65) beyond 1, lmk
no way lfg
the modern iOS and especially watchOS text and ringtones are so magical and playful man. they add so much character to the operating systems we use daily. i wish it made sense to not be on silent mode 100% of the time and more people knew about them.
i feel like the iOS 19 redesign should definitely not be prioritized until visionOS has feature parity with all their first party apps, unless itβs double dipping? π€ like if theyβre putting all the design work in for visionOS they might as well bring it over to iOS? π
i get that horror works best in vr but like does every single vr game have to have a horror element? i can handle it but what if i just want to have fun
i know but thanks
the Vision iPhone app is very bare bones right now. I wish you could control settings and apps without donning your headset. the spatial gallery app, however, is incredibly well done, a huge value add to visionOS, and should be a template for future social media platforms.
An dusty, industrial looking control panel in a wall. There are two big white square buttons on it. The one on the left has a red border and the letter 'i' touching the bottom, representing a person stuck to the ground (the dot of the i being their head). The 2nd button also has a red border, but inside the button is an upside down stickman figure, arms and legs spread out. To indicate this person is floating around helplessly in zero-gravity.
You know who should've won an Oscar last night? The person who designed the little 'Gravity on / off' buttons in Alien Romulus.
i think iβm going to start documenting and sharing all the beautiful places i work in vrchat, because itβs cool
i love who i see in the mirror
but itβs fun to showcase all my accomplishments
i hope it's not a pacifist run
about to disappoint you
