Janky brush strokes that resemble bamboo stalks and leaves. Sumi ink on Xuan paper.
Sumi-e is so relaxing! I think partly because of the strong smell of camphor from the ink! I’m perfectly happy practicing brush strokes for hours.

It felt like no time had passed at all
I bought them because they are bi-colour and I enjoy the novelty. They come with a decent crayon sharpener and a “collectible” sports car eraser, which is a weird inclusion.
