phase 2 for electrike is a 15% shiny gulpin????? after only 1866 encounters????? and only 2676 total so far????? this dtq has seen 10311 total pokemon and 5 of them were shiny, and now i get a super rare phase that is by far the nee i wanted most here. really don't know what to say at this point lol
