I can help there... one is a keyboard, hopefully that will save you some time π
as someone who likes coffee with as little water as possible i can understand this working :)
so do you think someone has made him an offer outside of ebay, last time i looked it was at Β£252?
friend of mine asked about its provenance.... the reply was:
"I didnβt buy it and im not a competition prize winner . There is more than one but less than 10 were made . You can see all the provenance you need when you pick it up ."
oddly enough it now shows on ebay as:
it had 9 bids 2 hours ago
as you know jan, i'm not to bothered by the C64, but the SNext3 is available in PURPLE, so, i am tempted!
yeah, don't get me wrong, I do actually wish them well with this as it still 'supports' the retro community and interest.
ok, you are talking me around, i have now 'looked it up' and you are correct, there will be very little 'wiggle room' for making a profit, of course we don't know the actual build costs assuming they are placing 'bulk' orders, lets hope they don't end up with a 'a warehouse full of electrons!' :)
fair point, perhaps scam was a bit extreme, i like 'shady' better, but i still feel that it is overpriced and that may put a lot of people off. I much prefer the 'original' gear anyway to the point that my main interest is in repair / restoration and i rarely actually 'play' on the gear.
Yeah, I find that my 'scam' LED is flickering.... looking at the 'modern' version it is basically a $100 fpga unit selling for 400!
I wont be buying one.
i loved my ataris, just havenβt had chance to watch it yet
similar tastes :)
yep, johns videos are some of the best on the interwebs, IMHO
your channel, your rules, as my gran used to say βif you canβt say something nice then donβt say anything at allβ
didnβt trump discover the moron particle when he worked at cern, just after he invented the internet?
i was basing it on that βhistorical documentaryβ - βStargate SG1β π
but i really like βancientβ it implies i know βstuffβ π
βoldβ, i am way past old, now entering βancientβ and loving every minute of it!
i use lego a lot for cases, much easier, plus i find that if you use these bricks for the corners you cal slide aluminium or abs plastic sheets in.
when i used to do a lot of product photography i often used βkenair anti-reflectβ to matt the surfaces.
You're not the only one!
I got these...
happy birthday lee, mine today, '54'..... i cant remember that far back! Todays plans... lego and nascom!
I am prepared for this sort of thing, I have an AM radio on standby! (Long Wave only)
proof that the 'world' has at least one software bug!
'microwave', I thought it was a tumble dryer!
