I've also struggled with having changes that are interesting enough to post about. "Oh the werewolf is 8% faster/the MP40 does 10% more damage" just isn't very cool in a feed imo
Alright, I've finally sat down and put together a dev video for my souls-like boomer shooter. The art is still very WIP, lots of stuff is being tested, but the gameplay really feels like it's coming together.

I mean, this is just hours played though. Indies tend to be short form single sitting experiences. You play through mouthwashing once and it's 3 hours. I'd be way more interested in sales figures.

Fwiw, I've found some success making the agent separate from my entities, which follow it rather than being entirely dependent on it for position/rotation. YMMV and it's a lot of set up, but you get some really nice fine tuned control
I mean, couldn't you just rotate it/modify it's forward vector?

Now it's easy to just add the values that we want to track in the initialisation of an object
And now the rewinding is smoother ๐ฆฆ
(it will also be useful if I want to compact the rewind data ^^)
