Picture undersells it, we have three transit oriented parking lots abutting Wellington station!
This is someone who knows prominent public figures like a county commissioner, who were able to respond quickly and get other officials on the phone. Someone whose phone shared location with her family when it was on. Someone with the paper protections of citizenship.
