The last panel shows both of them, now post-transition adults, sitting in a cushiony purple restaurant booth, showing off their tattoos to someone off-screen, who reaches to hold Azalea's hand. Azalea has a beaming smile, and comments "One tattoo is enough for me!", Santiago points and says "We got them retouched a few years ago". Azalea's hair is now longer and dyed green, and she wears an off-white T-shirt with a bright orange long sleeve top underneath, and baggy brown cargo pants. Santiago's hair is now styled in a high flat-top afro with a fade, he wears dark makeup, hoop earrings and a small heart piercing, rings in each finger and long acrylic nails. He wears a dark and glittery sheer long sleeve top with a cut-out, showing a large beetle tattoo on his chest, and a black top.
