“The best on Europe’s railways”: A wonderful article in yesterday’s i from the wonderful Daniel Puddicombe! I’m so proud of our team who deliver our restaurant service to such a high standard - day in, day out. When are you next dining with us? 🥩🍽️ inews.co.uk/inews-lifest...
Chasing sunsets at the place I’m proud to call home 🌅

Thanks Gareth!! ☺️
This formalises a lot of what I've been up to over the past few months, but it also brings the Sleeper, First Class Lounges and the wider Catering proposition into my portfolio too 🛌🍫
After 3 and a half years as GWR's Innovation Manager, I'm so thrilled to share I'm taking on a new role as Product Manager - On Board and First Class, responsible for the design and specification of our Pullman Dining, Night Riviera, First Class and Standard propositions!
It's a real honour to be shaping products that mean so much to so many, and I'm so privileged to be working with such an epic team - including our fabulous on board crews ❤️
Likewise!
Thank you!
Thanks hun!
An honour to support our Armistice Day commemorations this year by collecting wreaths on our 0503 departure from Penzance, and escorting them to our memorial on Platform 1 at London Paddington. It meant even more to be able to wear my @scouts uniform and represent our movement ⚜️
Time to head west! I’ll be Train Manager on board our 1635 departure from London, do stop me and say hi if you happen to be on board 🎟️
A privilege to be involved in our latest train naming today 👇

Really humbled to receive this in the office today for my small contribution to Operation Golden Orb 👑 It was a huge privilege to be part of the team who looked after the thousands of revellers heading to and from Windsor & Eton Central for the celebrations 📣 @GWRHelp
Amazing news - welcome @AidanJonesOBE! ⚜️

I still feel so unbelievably proud to have played a small part in such a huge moment for our country - it was such a privilege for us as Scouts help people pay their final respects to our former patron, and to have one last opportunity to fulfil our promise: To do our duty. 3/3
Throughout the week, we supported over 250,000 people who’d queued for 12 hours+ and had travelled from as far away as 🇨🇦 and 🇦🇺 by handing out blankets during the night, donating unwanted food to food banks and being there for people if they needed a shoulder to cry on. 2/3
Two years ago, 234 @scouts finished our last shift as part of Operation Feather: Supporting the lying in state of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. 1/3
