Screenshot of a smartphone notification center with a black background and a purple gradient border. The notification reads "Yesterday's summary is ready" with a colorful icon resembling a drop or leaf. Below, it states "Time in range: 86% yesterday — a strong day." The notification is 27 minutes old. In the background, there's a grayscale image of a child's legs wearing sandals. At the bottom, there are two circular icons: one resembling a flashlight and the other a camera, with a "Demo" label between them. An "X" in the top right corner allows closing the notification.
New in @glusight.app :
A daily 9:30 AM recap of yesterday’s glucose.
Time in Range (TIR) when available.
Low alerts if they happened.
Tap the notification to jump straight to the full summary.
Tiny Mac apps that are efficient for specialized tasks, at the right price point for those markets. More buy once and own it (lifetime) rather than subscriptions etc…. And I’m all here for it. This is exciting.
Time to get building 🛠️🧰
Agreed. I think Apple just gave us (developers) a whole new market for Foundation-Models based (and more) apps with the Mac Neo. More affordable macs for markets or geographical demographics that couldn’t afford it before.
This is from my telemetry. I use @telemetrydeck.com for it.
Indie iOS devs: What’s the oldest iOS version your app supports?
I still have users on iOS 17.5.
Always interesting to see how far back different apps go.

Two very notable updates in this release:
1 - New Language Support
You can now use CreatorCaps in Turkish 🇹🇷 and Indonesian 🇮🇩.
2 - The new Viral Highlight style which is a bold style with animated word highlighting and heavy outlining for short-form videos.
Just submitted to the App Store. If you’re using CreatorCaps, this update is going to be massive. Check it out.

Just added Find & Replace to CreatorCaps.
Fix “pixel cam” → “PXL cam” everywhere in seconds.
→ Find across all captions
→ Replace all
→ Case-sensitive + whole-word
Also great for jumping to a specific caption segment.
Shipping next week

Shipped my first iPad app today.
CreatorCaps started as an iPhone utility. Now it has a proper iPad version, built for keyboard and large-screen editing.
Pretty happy about this.

Screenshot of a tablet screen displaying a settings menu for a video editing application called "CreatorCaps PRO." The menu includes options for keyboard shortcuts, with actions like "Play/Pause" set to the spacebar and "Toggle Inspector" to Ctrl+I. There are also settings for "Import," "Style," and "Safe margins," with the latter toggled off. The left sidebar shows navigation options such as "Import," "Projects," and "Recent." The top of the screen shows the time, date, and battery status.
iPad + keyboard?
CreatorCaps is built for it.
Import. Split. Merge. Style. Export.
No reaching for the screen every five seconds.
Coming soon.

A tablet displaying the cover of a science fiction book titled "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" by Robert A. Heinlein. The cover features bold black and gray typography with a graphic of the moon attached to a chain and handcuffs. To the left of the tablet is a white wireless earbud case, and to the right is a white stylus.
Just started Heinlein's 1966 novel "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress."
In case you missed it, I made an app to track GLP-1 meds, weight changes, and side effects 👇

Woke up to a new trial notification.
Never gets old.
This is why I keep things simple:
build useful tools, explain them clearly, let time do its thing.
Finally found time to push an update for Glyppo: a GLP-1 tracking app focused on staying consistent without friction.
Doses, weight, symptoms, widgets, reminders. I built it to be simple and practical.

Smartphone screenshot displaying glucose levels. Top section shows time, connectivity icons, and battery. Below, "Today" header followed by two purple boxes: "Glucose Average" at 115 mg/dL and "Within Target" at 100%. Lower section highlights "Low Glucose Pattern" with text about frequent lows between 4pm-6pm and 13 hypoglycemic readings in the past week. Background is a blue grid pattern.
OK, this is cool stuff. This morning, glusightapp pointed something out: I tend to run low more often between 4–6pm.
Obvious in hindsight, but seeing it clearly called out changed how I’m planning that part of my day.
That’s the whole point of the insights engine I built in.

We’ve got a TestFlight on its way, and this one’s big.
→ iPad support built properly from the ground up, not a stretched iPhone app
→ Custom caption fonts (finally)
→ Major improvements to the translation flow
→ A lot of polish across both iPhone and iPad
Feels like a real step forward.

Screenshot of a smartphone screen displaying a caption style customization interface with a dark background. At the top, there's a "Caption Style" header with a close button and a checkmark button for confirmation. Below, the "Highlight Color" section allows selection of colors like Yellow, Green, Cyan, Magenta, Red, and Orange for word emphasis. The "Caption Font" section lists font options such as System, Avenir Next, Futura, American Typewriter, Noteworthy, Marker Felt, Georgia, and Helvetica Neue. At the bottom, "Reels Punch" offers a 2-word burst feature with word-by-word pop animation. The word "CreatorCans" is vertically displayed on the left side of the image.
Custom caption fonts are coming to CreatorCaps.
Pick your font.
Pick your highlight color.
Make captions match your style.
This one felt overdue.

A person holding a smartphone displaying a glucose monitoring app. The screen shows average glucose levels over different time periods with upward and downward arrows indicating changes. Graphs illustrate trends for 7-day, 14-day, 30-day, and 90-day periods. Text explains the meaning of average glucose and the importance of consistent logging. The background shows a blurred room with bookshelves.
Glu Sight has evolved a lot recently.
Highlights:
– Glucose trends over 7–90 days (avg, TIR, variability)
– Glucose-only mode with an adaptive UI if you don’t use insulin
– Better Apple Health sync & onboarding
– German localization 🇩🇪
Built by someone using it daily to manage #diabetes.

The App Store review fight never really ends.
First submission or version 1.2.6, same story.
This one’s on me. A copy regression slipped through and triggered the rejection.
Fixing it. Shipping again. 🛠️
