It might not help you with your situation, but the thing that always helps me is to go places further away from home.
I live in a pretty closed minded area with lots of judgement, and keeping in mind that no one in a new area ever has to see me again always gets me out of the house.
Lycoris Recoil. It is seriously one of the best anime I've watched in years, and shot to my top five immediately. I've rewatched it around five times now XD
It's only 13 episodes, so it's a quick watch if you're ever interested!

Seriously though, BG3, RDR2, or FF7 are all amazing single player games, and Stardew Valley is a stupidly comforting game to just relax with whenever you don't feel like doing something more grand.
