Apple's Shazam Music Recognition Now Available in ChatGPT ChatGPT is now able to identify songs that are playing using Apple-owned music service Shazam. With a new Shazam integration, ChatGPT users can type in a question like "Shazam, what is this song?" to bring up a "Tap to Shazam" interface to get the title of a song. Shazam's full music recognition technology is available in ChatGPT, so users won't need to exit out of the app to identify a song and listen to an inline preview.

This means the next step is a full House vote. We do not know when that is, but it could be any time. This is bad. I'm not going to lie to you guys. It's not the final vote, there are still multiple hurdles we have to go through before any law happens. But I won't lie, this is bad. First, I want to sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this fight, whether it's calls, faxes, spreading the word on social media, contacting influencers, etc. Every little action helps. We must go harder. We all know the risks of what happens if these laws pass. Mass censorship, surveillance, loss of community. But we can do it together, if everyone contributes. This is something where we need all hands on deck, where we need people to pay attention and not have this discord muted. It's not the end of the world right now, but we are one step closer to a de-anonymized internet. With all that said, rest now. Eat and sleep if you must. We need all the rest we can to continue this fight. I am so so proud of everyone who helped. Believe me. these things matter
