And to make it even better the prescription food one of them needed is now causing them to gain weight. The solution? Even more expensive food! From $120 for a 17lb bag to $105 for a 12lb bag. When it rains it fucking pours.

Ugh, I love my cats very dearly and they've gotten me through some incredibly rough times. That said, Jesus fucking Christ are they expensive. Pet insurance certainly could help some but even the regular preventative maintenance cost us a grand.
