I 1997 blev .dk domænerne frigivet til privatpersoner, og jeg har haft mit eget domæne siden 31. Januar 1997.

I 1994, fik jeg foden inden forbi Lavprisbutikken, og ejeren stiftede Danmark OnLine i slutningen af 1994. Hvor jeg bl.a. blev kollega med @uffe.andersen.nu

Jeg begyndte at lege med SLIP forbindelse med min 2400 baud modem tilbage i 1992/1993, der kunne man få et prøve abonnement til UNI-C, som burde have været på 30 dage, men gerne løb i 60-90 dage, så dem fik jeg nogle stykker af. Computeren var min Amiga2000, så det var med lidt hjælp fra FIDO nettet
