This class is designed to break down barriers and make dance fully accessible to individuals with disabilities. Students explore movement, rhythm, and creative expression in a positive environment where their abilities are celebrated.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 HIGHLAND DANCE WORKSHOP 📆 Sunday, January 25 The class will focus on the oldest and most recognizable of the traditional Highland dances, the Highland Fling. Performed as a solo dance, the Highland Fling is all about precision and poise.

💃 FEEL THE RHYTHM: A WEST AFRICAN DANCE JOURNEY 📆 6-Week Class Starts Feb 2 Experience the vibrant foundations of West African dance in this beginner-friendly, high-energy, rhythm-driven class. Learn essential West African movement techniques rooted in traditional drum patterns, percussive rhythms, and full-body expression.

💃 DANCE UMBRELLA Our January-May seasonal Dance Umbrella classes are open for registration. We offer classes for many skill levels and styles.

⭐️ CLASSES FOR AGES 1-5 (Jan-May) Dance Umbrella even includes classes for young dancers! My Parent & Me, Creative Movement, and Kinder Dancers allow children 1-5 to explore movement, rhythm, and musicality through games, songs, and stories.

👞 INTRO TO TAP (Jan-May) Build on the basic technique with a focus on rhythm, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Styles covered range from Broadway to pop, funk to classical, and many moves in between.

🩰 OPEN BALLET 📆 6-Week Class Starts Jan 10 Designed for dancers who want to strengthen their technique and deepen their artistry. This traditionally structured ballet class is ideal for students looking to refine their skills, reinforce weekly training, and build a strong classical foundation.
