Notion. I was into Todoist for a while; then simplified dramatically with bullet journaling for 2 years. I like Notion as i can have a workflow similar to Bullet Journalling with the benefit of a digital solution and also flexible enough to add complex databases where needed for archiving things

Yes, I agree. Another challenge was that GTD focused on tackling next actions across multiple projects, rather than blocking time to deeply advance one thing. I think this became important with the digital shift. How do you manage reviews without them becoming bloated? I struggle with that.

I try and try to hold to this… but I very frequently go past two minutes and in 10 minutes realize I should keep on processing… any tips for holding to 2 minutes?

AI isn’t just tech—it’s geopolitics. Nations will race for dominance unless verifiable restraints are set. Time to stop pretending it’s not a geopolitical issue.
