It's a while since I've seen an actor have as much fun as DΓ³nal Finn as Young Moriarty in Young Sherlock.
He's absolutely charming, and kind of the best part of the show (which I honestly enjoy).

Haha this played so loudly
"It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his substack depends on his not understanding it".
Another instalment of the Live Compendium EP has arrived on streaming services! βAnecdocheβ live in Bristol last year.
Spectacuiar posting
Same.
Stuff like this makes me feel so uninformed: like...is wood not useful? Don't people use wood?
What is going on
Ah man I still haven't seen it, nice this will remind me to go seek it out.
Good morning! If you didnβt catch it @vixiebelle.bsky.social and I started a Discord for BIPOC folks in TTRPGs to build community! Hopefully we can chat, laugh, cry, share ourselves, and play games together. Iβm starting this thread to ping folks who I follow. Join here! discord.gg/hEsUf9zpec
Did the National Council of Big Brothers write this
(in a complimentary way obvy)
Did they at least fall to the floor and roll around weeping very very loudly?
I think it's pretty important to understand that algorithmically-run platforms have long understood anger and argument drives much more engagement than just showing you stuff you like, and if you find yourself being made to despair at what a platform shows you, that is the system working as intended
A snow covered path between denuded trees and some small allotment buildings, under a blue sky
The same path, trees still bare, but the snow is gone and the light is warmer

this is the 3rd (!) time I've bought the series
first two sets went missing under various circumstances and, as it seems copies are harder to come by, i won't be letting this one go
Attention: Please update your vocabularies accordingly.
Thanks and have a great weekend.
Oh that diorama is gorgeous.
(I am not sure if that's the right word, it seems somehow distinct from a battle map or terrain?)
I've only played in a couple of sessions of it, but that + chargen really charmed me!
Haha I can't promise nuance and I certainly can't promise brevity but I can promise long-windedness
Watching Young Sherlock and aside from occasional teeth grinding at the sheer poshness of the lead (who I otherwise like), it's my kind of bullshit.
My preference, though, would be for any "prequel" to just set itself out as an alternate version of the story, that doesn't have to end as we've seen.
You fuck with MΓΆrk Borg? Just about a week left until the launch of the Amethyst Alcove. Follow along for the slow unraveling of it all.
This is the sincerest compliment you can give a song
Wow, I can't even imagine that kind of behaviour, that's awful.
Oof that sounds so fucking rough.
I've had amazing luck playing with strangers generally, but I've actually never been to a con (which I'm sure is *mostly* awesome people)
How is it #BandcampFriday already.
Well, I have a couple of recordings up there, and I'll add more when I get around to it.
I wasn't sure if my Cask Of Amontillado came out maybe a tiny bit too horny?
But I'm sticking by it.

Honestly all of this. I've brought up this topic alot since I have run the gamut of home, public and "convention" games and the idea that "Yes and" should always be the default has been a very frustrating thing given that it comes from improv where on the whole you have trust with your scene partner
2/ I've also been part of some large World Of Darkness online communities, which back in the 2010s I used to describe as
"Populated by a mix of the loveliest people and also people who are here because they have been kicked out of every in-person table they ever sat at."
There, you say "no" more.
1/ I think the environment you play in affects what you think works, and we don't talk about that enough.
So the recently-derided "Say yes as much as possible" thing makes varying degrees of sense based on your table.
I'm lucky to play with awesome people whose ideas I love, so I say yes a lot.
