Heβs done it his entire life and just did it for an entire season in which he led a team to the 2 seed and the second round at barely 24. And he did nothing wrong. He tied the game. He plays in structure all the time and makes plays with talent when needed. Quit regurgitating things you are told.

Oh all his amazing plays are part magic but he repeats it so often you have to just realize the normal ideas of what is a stereotypical play donβt apply. He knows he can do crazy shit.

He couldβve done a lot of things. The point is you canβt call it βabsolutely horrendousβ like you know better than an incredibly talented player who succeeded in a way he has shown he can all season. Especially with your lack of background in the NFL.

Thatβs true. Except for Caleb Williams itβs not a panic play. He does things like this all the time. He was in control the entire play and knew he could make that throw. And he did. Itβs improv but itβs not a prayer. He buys time and makes ridiculous throws. Thatβs part of his game.

All 3 WRs are covered and he gets pressure from the left side so Kmet not a great option on what seems to be later read. Itβs just not great. And with his talent, resetting a space to throw where he did is a viable option. He got room, saw Kmet and threw it over the db.

Tell me how the play was horrendous then Ben. What was the play call and what should Williams have done differently? He gets immediate pressure, runs back, plants, sees Kmet and throws it 55 yards into his hands. What should he have done differently?

If your argument is Caleb Williams isnβt incredibly talented Iβll let you die on that hill buddy. Thereβs hall of fame players and coaches along with current guys saying that as well.

I actually just followed a starter pack after I joined. But after seeing even that incredible play be called awful I realized that 95% of sports coverage is just bullshit now.

Caleb has done that 10 times this year. You can see him see Kmet and aim it. Itβs not a Hail Mary. Itβs just a play you donβt understand because itβs a crazy talented play.

The process is Caleb makes great plays every week. And you donβt know anything about it from your couch. The players and coaches know how to win. You know how to watch tv.

We are basing it on the ultra talented qb running straight back from pressure, planting and throwing an all time throw to his receiver to save the season. Not a completely different play from another game, yes. Your argument is insane.

Iβm not the one saying the great play was actually bad. I donβt need wisdom to agree with the truth that happened in real life.

I wasnβt the supposed professional saying a great play was actually terrible. Thatβs you. We are both just watching the game but you somehow think βknowing ballβ is more important than the literal truth which is lame hater fan behavior let alone lame professional behavior.

Iβm not interested in what mightβve happened. A touchdown to save the season did happen. The hypothetical world where guys on the couch determine what is and isnβt good football and what would and couldβve happened is not what anyone cares about.

It was a 50 yard dot to a player with a 7 inch height advantage to save the season. Caleb makes a brilliant throw like that once a week. Thereβs no βknowing footballβ about it. Itβs laughable this guy or you gets to determine what great players do isnβt actually great. You know nothing.

It was a great play and you are disputing that which is a ridiculous opinion full of ego and self-importance. You didnβt coach or play and saying an incredible play to save the season was actually bad QB play is just obnoxious.
