it can also help to set your alarm an hour early, take your meds or have some coffee, and then snooze for another hour
the alarmy app makes noise until you take a picture of a specific item. i've tried alarms that shake the bed, alarms that make me solve math problems, and the only thing that actually works for me is getting out of bed. even then it's easy to fall back asleep
