The less you are listening to thoughts, the more you are hearing of this moment.
The more you are hearing of this moment, the less you are listening to the mindβs thoughts

βͺThe present experience, as it is, offers the highest rate of healing.
It's the non-discrepancy with reality.
This whatever-isness is the best medicine for our soul.
Unconditional attention to your feelings is what holds and carries your soul, like an invisible, warm hand that wants nothing.

The present, true you is nothing permanent
You are not even the same for two moments
Thoughts. Feelings. Sounds. Everything is changing
Your present self-experience is clearly different from what it was just a few minutes ago
Only the presence of experience itself remains

Being wrong in the minds of others does not make your truth in this moment wrong.
Opinions can be infinitely selfish, wishful, and delusional, but your real, present truth is undeniable.
But be careful, my love: your truth doesnβt make you more right either. It only makes you not wrong.

Being felt is being understood.
Itβs a matter of your own attention.
Those βproblematicβ emotions we are trying to resolve are really just looking for their acceptance from us.
They are looking for our love.

The reality of the present experience is showing you what is truly real, not the other way around.
This present moment is also showing you who you really are right now, not the other way around.
The truly authentic life is a show of infinite surprises.
Stay open. Stay humble. Receive. Be that.

Emotional pains cannot harm the soul.
Quite the contrary: if emotional pains are present now, in this moment, they are the gateway to the soul.
Allowing them to flow freely is liberation.
The reality
of the present emotions
in consciousness
is liberation.

To disappear into the present state of being that you are.
Nothing remaining but what is.
Sounds. Sights. Tastes. Feelings. Everything.

Everything that is happening βat the wrong timeβ is really just a self-deceptive condemnation by the mind, which imagines that things βcannot be acceptedβ as they truly are right now.
But that's not true. It's possible: Reality can be accepted.
Life is acceptable.

When attention has become sober from thoughtsβwhen it has lost the emotional impression of being dependent on themβbecause their insubstantiality and intangibility have been clearly recognized, only this radiant, present moment remains:
This continuous, actual experience of reality.
Nothing else.
Don't let your mind confuse you about yourself.
