Like moving blocks/items in Builders 2 is way easier. You can move and operate much more efficiently there I find.
The pokemon aspect is cool but. Builders 2 does have a bunch of weirdos who are fun too imo.

Hey general reminder: if you haven't checked it out and are curious, DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS 2 has a very generous demo that lets you play through to the end of the first major island, which can be like 20 hours of playtime.
I think Pokopia is neat but so far it does not hold a candle to Builders 2.

Pokopia is neat but the "hey it takes always until tomorrow to build big structures" is really bad and feels worse when small things take like 15 minutes.
It does not make sense to me to have one thing be actual time based and then another be "yeah just when the date changes"

My favorite Takahashi anecdote is that he had such deep dissatisfaction for Shinzo Abe and the admin at the time, he drew this picture while urging his instagram followers to go vote for something better. He got crazy backlash for it and had to apologize though.
