Decided to travel up to Scotland this weekend, and it just happened to be the day there was a lot of snowfall on the way up. It was all gone in less than 24 hours

Completely agree, a must read! I finished it a couple of months back, recommended by @tishaponcio.bsky.social, definitely one of the best books for leadership 🔥

It’s mostly done by communities so I don’t believe that will disappear
