Ugh. I am not wanting to cause drama at my day job, but dude if you haven't done case management don't tell those doing it how to do it! I get you are trying to sound smart, but the mansplaining! I have been a case manager for 10 years. You are telling people the wrong thing and overstepping. Ugh.

This December hasn't been the best for numerous reasons. It's been warmer than normal here in SE Idaho, we don't have snow & there are no gifts under the tree so it doesn't feel like Christmas. In an attempt to boost my mood I'm making homemade cinnamon rolls w/homemade buttermilk & Ermine frosting.
