Got us an Aunt Gladys Santa for the top of the tree...
Gave us one of my favourite lines of dialogue... "it's always a badass makes a girl's heart beat faster"
I'm not saying Nick Rhodes was on stage tonight in Manchester channelling Moira Rose in "The Crows Have Eyes 3: The Crowening", but I'm not *not* saying it either.
Always remember being absolutely gutted that, due to covid, the rather great HIS HOUSE didn't get a proper cinema launch in London. To their credit, Netflix did their level best with the premiere, with a socially distanced drive in extravaganza.
The more I read about this story, the more I'm convinced it's a promo stunt for Kelly Reichardt's The Mastermind.
Wait til they find out all calls were made and received from a corded, dial telephone stationed on a table in the hall with a small chair next to it. and NEVER during dinner.
Delighted to be part of bringing Urchin to audiences. Harris Dickinson and Frank Dillane gorgeously insightful in their q&as.
Absolutely floored by The Voice of Hind Rajab which just premiered in Venice. I've never been to a screening before where people were leaving the theatre sobbing. Even the press show had 3+ mins of applause, which is far from the norm.
Venice Film Festival. Evening adventure featuring a rare visit to the mainland from Lido on a beautiful evening after the rain storms. Back to cinema duties first thing in the morning.
I loved it. Simultaneously about a serious subject and a funny caper movie, and it totally works!
I love too many of them. she may have to wait for the inevitable sequel
My fantastic four
loved the very last line of dialogue. made the film!

World Premiere of 28 Years Later in London's Leicester Square... can't wait for everyone to see it up on the big screen.
The sound design was fabulous! Alongside a lot else about it. Beautiful filmmaking and storytelling from all involved.
MA FRΓRE, directed by
Lise Akoka and Romane Gueret... an absolute gem, one of my favourites of the festival. The kids are brilliant, so are the adults. Watch it as soon as you get the chance.
I don't disagree but I'd add the Copenhagen Coffee Lab in as a strong second
Yesterday I was hugely fortunate to see 'It Was Just an Accident' and 'Sentimental Value'. They couldn't be more different. I loved both of them, especially watching them whilst crammed into packed cinemas with so many others experiencing the films alongside me.
A poster for The Extraordinary Miss Flower that features press quotes and star reviews from the media.
The self-PR continues...
Thought The Secret Agent was cracking. So much to enjoy. I hope it finds a big audience and enjoys awards success down the line.
I loved Frank Dillane's performance in Urchin. Cool debut from Harris Dickinson too.
Cruise is a surprise guest at the McQuarrie Rendez-Vous in Cannes. A cheeky amuse-bouche ahead of tonight's Mission: Impossible world premiere...
28 Years Later... incoming in June. Very proud and excited for this one.
Amazing KINDER RISING swim trespass today attended by hundreds - remembering the unfinished business started by the Kinder Scout Mass Trespass in 1932, & calling on Labour to make history again by passing a Right to Roam Act. Great speech too by Labour MP @philbrickellmp.bsky.social!
welcome to the hood!
