OK fine it sounds serious
OK fine it sounds serious
Me looking at Louis Munteanuβs absence a week before Romania plays Turkey in a WCQ playoff
Gently nestled in the first βgraph is that Portland had to pay DC United for his Discovery Rights, because if thereβs one thing DC has a decent hit rate on, itβs Discovery Rights claims
Longtime DC United nerds should check this out not only to hear about what Conorβs been up to and his raw feelings, but to get an additional appreciation for the USL CBA activities
The first USL game Friday the players protest went off unchallenged, but Saturday the League owned broadcasts decided to not air or apparently explain why the first minute wasnβt being broadcast over multiple (all?) games
Say what you will about the fighting Wrexhams but they make for great content
OK fine Iβll watch the Scrubs reboot
Gentle reminder that DC United threw a pant load of assets (for them) to get Louis Munteanu and Caden Clark and between them so far this year theyβve played a half hour more of pro soccer than I have
Also strongly recommend checking out the USLPA social media if you havenβt, definitely worth seeing that itβs more than just better pay
Disappointed that it had to come to thisβ¦but it had to come to this
I get that DC United is happy and wants to save time but lets take an extra second to edit because this is a Frankenstein release
So the US won AND Brad Marchand gets a stuffy to dry his tears? this is two wins in fact
You monsters you took the brows off the bird
Louis was playing club games a month after DC ended and is probably going to World Cup qualifiers next month, youβd think heβd max the time he has in DC!
Got the βwould you be interested in season ticketβ call from DC United and as a reference point I have not had those since 2023 (when I was going to Audi once or twice a year at most for several years at that point)
Here you go
DC Unitedβs general manager doing some sort of junket in California and masking it as a event to listen sure does have a look to it
If my circumstances didnβt dictate otherwise, hell yes
DC Unitedβs general manager doing some sort of junket in California and masking it as a event to listen sure does have a look to it
π¦BSF Scoop!
Sources report that Adam Beaudry will be going on loan to Loudoun United for the 2026 season.
Beaudry had spent the 2025 season with Rapids 2 (11 apps), Colorado Springs Switchbacks (6 apps) and the Rapids first team (1 app).
Beaudry will continue his development in USL-C

Source: New England Revolution has loaned Jack Panayotou to USL Championship club Loudoun United π΄
@rkeefer.bsky.social 1st reported that a move was close.
Panayotou, 21, is a promising midfielder talent. Big get for Loudoun, who beat out other clubs for the Revs homegrown.
I spoke with Loudoun United President Karl Sharman and Sporting Director Alen Marcina recently on building a roster and aligning an organization and pathway, all of which they have high hopes for

Kind of amazing translated quote on the Romanian Caden Clark
Eh, he wasnβt good in retrospect but also βAlly got on my radar from my old friend Google.β
So the Cluj owner who said it was a mater of days now says Korenica is not coming to DC π www.prosport.ro/fotbal-inter...
For the record I love Tom and his moustache and you should too
Korenica says sides are talking (www.koha.net/en/futboll/k...), owner says itβs a matter of days, so make of that what you will
On latter, they already owe $ to another team in the league for unpaid fees on an inbound. If they donβt settle all debts by next Wed they get hit with bigger punishment (points deduction at least).
More than you want to know about the Romanian League I know, but if I had to so does everyone else
Also kind of crazy that DC Unitedβs 2026 will be dictated by watching Romanian Club league games
