If you had told me 10 years ago that Iβd be getting interviewed as a βfisting coach,β I probably wouldβve laughed.
Hehe⦠Sniffies just published a conversation about the work I do training bottoms.
Fun one. ππ

A lot of people trying to train depth are pushing harder when they should be understanding the body better.
I recorded a 50-minute webinar breaking down the anatomy and mechanics behind depth training.

One thing Iβve noticed that people underestimate in FF training:
How long tissue adaptation actually takes.
Your body is changing slowly even when progress feels invisible. ππ»
Too gay to lose.

Something Iβve come to appreciate as a gay man in his 30s:
Iβm a lot less interested in performing
and a lot more interested in real connection.
These days, Iβd rather be alone than perform for people.

I feel you! Going from one hand to two is a big jump. ππ»
Quick question for fisters:
Have you ever hit a plateau where your progress just⦠stopped for a while?
Curious to know how long it lasted for you.

A lot of people ask me: βHow do I take fist?!β
My honest answer: itβs really just about learning how to relax into intensity.
Thatβs the focus of my coaching sessions.
I offer virtual and in-person training. Feel free to check out my website for more info.β¨

You know I never thought about fisting like this but duh of fucking course its like every other fucking bit of body training π€¦ββοΈ
Iβve noticed that some people assume the goal of depth training is going βas deep as possible.β
Not quite.
I think the real skill is staying present while the intensity increases.
Thatβs where transformation happens. ππ»
Depth training doesnβt move in straight lines.
Progress includes:
β’ plateaus
β’ regressions
β’ recalibration periods
β’ breakthrough moments
This is normal physiology. ππ»
If you want a deeper framework for understanding the process, Anatomy of Depth walks through it step-by-step. It includes the Depth Check-Ins workbook to help you track your own training: www.flareforwardmethod.com/anatomy-of-depth

If you think training people will bring quick and easy money, trust meβ¦ it wonβt.
Doing this well takes patience, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to the people youβre guiding.
Over the last 2.5 years, quite a few FFolks have asked how they can start professionally training people.
Itβs a hard question because my own path here has been super layered.
But one thing Iβve learned: if you donβt genuinely care about helping people train well, the work wonβt last.

Itβs International Sex Workersβ Rights Day.
My work is physical, emotional, and deeply intentional, and it requires presence, discernment, and a steady relationship w/my own boundaries.
That is real labor.
People who engage in this line of work deserve safety, autonomy, and structural protection.
