Nigel Farage and Zack Polanski: best of frenemies Britain’s twin populists have a symbiotic relationship

The two British parties want to pull apart Labour’s fragile coalition of progressives and traditionalists. Nothing mobilises their supporters like the spectre of the other extreme, and declaring that they alone can defeat it

Question for you. If the expert in endocrinology is an an engineer rather than a medical doctor, isn’t that likely to get torn apart in a law court? That’s what the expert is on this “panel of experts”? The PE hasn’t addressed this point.

Trump Has No Plan for the Iranian People The mere act of bombing Iran will not by itself create a stable regime.

The American bombardment of Iran has been launched without explanation, without Congress, without public support. Above all it has been launched without a coherent strategy for the Iranian people, and without a plan to let them build a legitimate Iranian state.

He seriously assaulted an off duty policeman and went to prison for it. Let that sink in. Lots of people here in the UK seem oblivious to this fact. I bet hardly anyone in the US knows this.

Hungary's leader orders extra security at energy sites, claiming Ukraine plots disruptions Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán ordered extra security at critical energy infrastructure sites after claiming Ukraine was attempting to disrupt Hungary’s energy system.

Viktor Orban is now 20 points behind in the polls - and so he has ordered the military to guard “key energy facilities” against a possible Ukrainian “attack.” Hungarians fear he plans a fake national security emergency or false-flag incident before the April 12 election

Imagine a Labour Councillor reposted a call for a Reform MP to be shot.. OMG the furore that’d follow

BBC’s Mason & Kuensberg would run headline “Starmer sanctions political assassinations” MSM would call for Starmer to quit & the Councillor fired

No such furore when Reform do it & he’s not fired😡

Just read your piece. It’s a very good description of the constituency dynamics. I think Reform were certain to win at first, but Nick Buckley will take a significant number of votes from Reform now especially as he can argue he’s in effect the Restore candidate too. Lab is still competitive IMO.

So the thing he was against last year, prompting his resignation from Reform last year saying 'I no longer believe working to get a Reform government elected is a good use of my time, and hereby resign the office.'

The radicalisation virus strikes again.

As someone who lives right next to the constituency would be inclined to agree. Lots of Green social media but very few who live in the constituency. Labour still to this day has very strong infrastructure in the constituency which will certainly help it.

- Inflation (and interest rates) ⬇️
- UK fastest growing European G7 economy
- Retail sales up 4.5% over the year
There’s lots more to do but Britain’s economy is on the mend.
