Fair. But even then it requires it to come up socially which is at best 5/10.
Sometimes but it still feels like I'm lying which also doesn't make good data. Can't they just ask how good the experience was on a scale. It has made me irrationally angry for like 20 years.
The answer is always 1-2 because literally never have my friends and I talked about which specific bank or medical provider or car dealership or whatever we think the other should go to. It drives me crazy and I usually don't bother giving feedback- which is frustrating if I had good service.
