Yeah, I've got a Rubbermaid 20oz bottle I refill. Try to drain it twice at work, once in the evening at home. Got 8oz cup I do my meds with, twice in the morning, twice at night.

Gets me over 90oz daily most of the time.

I can't throw rocks today. Being home sick I haven't been refilling my water bottle on the at-work schedule 😅

Oddly enough, after nearly two years of asking for it any time I spoke to a prescribing physician, the Big Hospital's endocrinology pharmacist gave me an RX the first time I spoke directly with her 🤷‍♀️

Hell yeah! I got back over half an inch on oral fina and mino, and they recently doubled my mino and swapped me to dutasteride, which I'm hoping kicks off another round of regrowth (I've got big thin spots up top as well as the hairline issues 😅)
