Staying Local - Photoweek: #5 2026 Weekly series highlighting what piqued my interest photographically in the last seven days.

A quieter local week, for #photoweek, after my travels in the last edition. A trip into #cambridge was fruitful with the #camera, as was some time in a local coffee shop. There are a handful of shots from Light Around The Home, and the usual mix of scenes I saw while and running and walking. Enjoy!

When the World Feels Heavy: How Creativity Became My Lifeline The last twelve months broke me in ways I didn’t see coming. Photography didn’t fix everything, but it gave me permission to find moments of peace while carrying the weight.

Something a little more personal this week, as I lift the lid on the last twelve months and how #photography, and #creativity more generally, has provided calm amongst the storm and respite from the noise.
